Unit Timetable 2023

  means that a TimeSheet, a tar or zip file of Booked Hours spreadsheets and Minutes of your group meeting are due this week.

  means that a meeting with the Project Auditor is due this week

NOTE:  
To ensure they are correctly filed, could you please use the naming convention:
  • Timesheet files Timesheet_GroupX_WkY.xls, e.g. Timesheet_GroupP_Wk2.xls
  • Your zip/gzip file of booked-hours spreadsheets Booked_GroupX_WkY.zip or Booked_GroupX_WkY.tar
  • Meeting minutes Minutes_GroupX_WkY.pdf (or .doc). If you have more than one meeting in a week, append a letter after the week, e.g. Minutes_GroupP_Wk11a.pdf.
