Project title Little Things Training Platform
Project Description Little Things for Tiny Tots is a charity that has been in operation for around 8 years that collects community donations of essential baby items like clothes, nappies, books, blankets and toys and then repurposes them with families in need. Many goods are preloved so we redirect huge volumes of items from landfill to people in need where they can continue their lifecycle helping WA babies in need.

Little Things for Tiny Tots, the client, requires a platform to be developed to onboard and train new starters with the Little Things charity. The platform should limit redundancies in how documents are handled (uploaded/edited/downloaded) as well as handle a number of different role/security/access privileges differences that would take people on different training pathways/modules depending on their role/level within the organisation. That is, onboarding and training new board members would look different and have different modules to onboarding a paid employee versus a volunteer team member versus an ad hoc community volunteer session attendee. Our aim is to streamline our process and improve consistency to reduce administrative burden on our team as well as reduce risk associated with gaps in our current processes and systems.
