Automated Weekly Planner

The aim for this project to create an Automated Assistant for:
  1. Task Automation:
  2. Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and send reminders. Email Management: Sort emails, draft responses, and prioritize communications. Document Handling: Organise files, retrieve documents, and assist with document creation.
  3. Information Retrieval:
  4. Data Analysis: Analyse data sets and generate reports or insights. Research: Conduct internet searches, gather information, and summarize findings. Knowledge Base Access: Access internal databases or knowledge bases to retrieve information.
  5. Communication Support:
  6. Chat Support: Interact with employees or customers through chat interfaces. Customer Service: Handle routine inquiries and provide basic support.
  7. Workflow Assistance:
  8. Project Management: Assist with task assignments, progress tracking, and milestone reminders. Process Automation: Automate repetitive tasks and workflows to improve efficiency. Collaboration: Facilitate team communication, file sharing, and collaborative editing.
  9. Personal Assistance:
  10. Personalised Recommendations: Suggest relevant content, events, or resources based on user preferences. Travel Planning: Assist with booking travel arrangements and accommodations.
