Visitor management application

We are seeking a web-based visitor registration app to manage access at several research sites including the Gingin Gravity Precinct, IOMRC Crawley and Watermans Bay and Ridgefield Farm.

As a minimum, we hope to capture staff, student or contractor details when they enter/exit a site. It could be expanded to email relevant information upon sign in (site maps, emergency contact details etc.) and record emergency contact details. The primary function is a health and safety control so ensure we know who is onsite when and for how long.

There are numerous commercial products available that could guide the design such as https://www.proxyclick.com/ and https://signinapp.com/?utm_source=GetApp however, they are all very expensive.
