Vaccine Trials Group study start-ups tracking

The Vaccine Trials Group, Telethon Kids Institute, is a busy paediatric clinical trial research group. We run multiple studies and the start-up process for this involves liaising with a number of stakeholders to prepare contracts, budgets, documents and ethics and governance applications to name a few of the tasks.

We are looking for an application that can track all of this activity so we know where the set-up of each study is at. We'd like the ability to enter dates, tasks, people responsible, be able to add multiple updates on each task, track correspondence and include other key activities. Currently, we are using a spread sheet to track this, but it obviously has a number of limitations.

You will be asked to sign a confidentiality agreement around the data you will be working with, which includes protocol dates, contract information and possibly budget information. This information is confidential and the sponsor companies ask us to sign NDAs as do the Telethon Kids Institute.
