A tool to convert an Excel spreadsheet into both a PDF-based conference program, and a html version that can be integrated into a web page.

The Australian Centre for Geomechanics holds two to three conferences a year. We currently put together our conference programs in Adobe InDesign, which is quite time consuming. We'd like to be able to input the following data into an Excel spreadsheet and then have it converted into an aesthetically pleasing PDF, as well as a html version that we can add to our website. We'd like to be able to customise the output for different events i.e choose different colour schemes, add different logos etc, as well as the ability to add links to the text within the programme eg. link paper titles to abstracts, link author names to bio notes etc.:

Paper title Author/co-author details (initials, surname, company name, country) Session title Session location Session chair details (initials, surname, company, country) Session sponsor logo
