Part A was to develop an on line request / booking system for the UWA School of Agriculture and Environment office space and desk allocation.
Part B will to develop and build on from last years start - the administration side of the program. In this part of the project the team will need to build onto the existing bare bones setup by developing and implement the administration side of the system, creating a complete package similar to an online hotel booking system only its aimed at desk allocation. If this project is selected by a team, you will be able to contact the a previous team member from 2019 to again first hand knowledge of the program so far that has already been developed and currently hosted on a website waiting for the second half to be developed for administration efficiency.
We will be asking you to develop an reservation system that will alert us to new requests, alerts to staff and students coming to the end of their stay with us, Fast and easy views - for us to see where we have empty spaces in our offices, to be able to book out desks with out having to walk the buildings look for empty spaces and to do away with excel spreadsheets in replacement to a online management and a system which is easy to keep updated and to track occupancy.
