Automation of researcher performance metrics collation

Raine Medical Research Foundation - In August 1957, Mary Raine signed a Deed of Trust bequeathing her property portfolio to the University of Western Australia for the purpose of funding medical research. The Raine Medical Research Foundation represents the largest bequest received by the University for medical research, with a total funding distribution of close to $50mill thus far to medical research in Western Australia. The Foundation has a strong reputation with researchers and partners for supporting research excellence, and for upholding robust and equitable grant review processes, including international peer review. Automation of researcher performance metrics collation - We are putting a questionnaire together to go out to our 500+ alumni to assess their research performance and impact since they received funding from the Raine Foundation. Firstly, we are having trouble finding contact details for a lot of these people as they have moved on from UWA. Secondly, we dont want to burden researchers with a long questionnaire (which they will ignore!), so we would like to collate performance metrics such as publication numbers, total citations and H-index for these researchers ourselves. We would like to be able to automate this process by inputting a list of researchers names and outputting their ORCHID or Researcher ID. This will then allow us to automate a process whereby we input the ORCHID/Researcher ID list and output the required metrics and researcher contact details using Web of Science, Scopus and Google Scholar. There is currently no way of batching these information requests using these online databases. We would also like to scan for digital media citations in Google and across social media platforms (if possible), using the researchers name, institution and keywords.
