Concert Attendance Tracker

Students at the UWA Conservatorium of Music are required to attend 10 concert performances per semester as part of their Principal Studies units. The Conservatorium runs a huge number of events, many of which are free to attend and therefore do not require attendees to have a ticket. Tracking this attendance is therefore quite difficult.

We would like to develop an app which allows students to check-in at concerts (perhaps using a QR code printed on programs or something located within the venue) which will (ideally) upload completed data to one of 6 separate LMS units. A compatible web-form or similar method of tracking should be available to accommodate students without a smart phone.

Ideally students will receive some form of success notice after recording their attendance through the app (or via email) -which can be used as proof of attendance.

Scanning will need to be time limited e.g. so that, for example, students who dont attend cant get hold of a program and pretend they were there.
