Database and statistical collection of information regarding the widowed community

The project I propose is for a program to be constructed that allows the collection of client information which is then created to provide statistical information which can be used to support the widowed community in providing services that are of most benefit. The data collected will also assist in the application of grants to support the ongoing work of the organization. Statistical information to be collected would include general demographics of the clients accessing our services, areas where the organization is most needed and utilized, services that are most needed in the early stages of widowhood, hours spent supporting individual clients (and combined) and kilometres travelled in order to provide the support required by the organization. The program needs to be able to access individual client files as well as being able to view the statistics collected as a whole. It needs to be easy to use by users of all computing competence levels.
