Melius Consulting assists organisations to undertake a fatigue risk diagnostic that involves a review of the organisations current policy, procedures and available data relating to fatigue management. The results from this diagnostic are then used to identify gaps and opportunities for interventions to reduce risk.
The diagnostic tool currently used by Melius Consulting is in the form of an excel spreadsheet. This project requires a student to take it to a more sophisticated program for use in organisations. The diagnostic tool consists of 12 key element of a fatigue risk management system and a checklist for each of the elements. The end product will graphically display to the organisation where the gaps in their fatigue risk management system exist.
This is an exciting opportunity for a student to gain industry insights and experience.
