EysSim Robot Simulation
EyeSim is a mobile robot simulation system.
It implements the same API as the real (old)
EyeBot robots,
so students can run identical programs in simulation as well as on the real robots.
For the new generation of EyeBot robots, based on the Raspberry Pi controller, we have
now updated (and simplified) the
Robios API (Robios7).
The goal of this project is to adjust and extend the simulation system, so it will use
the new Robios7 API,
in order to stay compatible with the new real robots.
We have a compiling and running source version for the Apple Mac, which will be our primary platform. If time allows, version for Linux and Windows could also be an outcome of this project.

The client wishes to deal with IP embodied in the project in the following way:
Binary output of simulation system to be made publically available.
Source rights to remain with proposer and students (newly developed parts). We do not intend
to publish source code at this stage.
