SCIENTIFIC COMMUNICATION (CITS4008)
There is no final examination in Scientific Communication; your assessment for this course is based on a portfolio of written work.
The portfolio should contain the following documents:
In preparing your portfolio, you can use any of the work you have completed this semester, including the incorporation of any comments from markers, as well as help and feedback from your colleagues. Your work will be judged with respect to the lecture notes I have given you; that is, marks will be deducted for poor typesetting, spelling and typographical errors, poor layout, poor citations and referencing, grammatical errors, ambiguities, inconsistencies, and general sloppiness. A clear logical structure is required for each document, and arguments must be well-made and supported by clear evidence.
Your portfolio is due at noon on Monday 28 May 2018. You should submit the final portfolio on paper to the CSSE front office. Include marked copies of the draft submissions submitted during the semester. Late submissions will incur a penalty.
