Competitive Programing Contest Curation Application

The South Pacific Competitive Programming Association runs several programming contests each year for students in Australia and New Zealand. Building these contests requires a large amount of effort, so we are keen to make the most of this effort by reusing contest problems efficiently.

Currently there are a number of problem development formats, including Polygon and Problem Tools. We are interested in maintaining a corpus of problems developed in both formats, and providing an interface to:

  1. add, edit and remove problems from the corpus
  2. View problem statistics and comments
  3. collate problem sets into contests
  4. given a contest, generate contest data and contest problem sheets
