Museum of Sounds

We would like you to develop a mobile phone app that allows a user to record 3 minutes of sound using the microphone on their phone and then write or speak a short narrative to explain why the sound that they have recorded is meaningful to them. After recording the sound and then preparing the short narrative, the user must then be able to click a button on the screen that sends the sound file to a repository (likely a Google Drive folder) managed by me. The resulting sound file would need to arrive in the Google Drive folder in a lossless compressed format such as FLAC, OGG or WMA (lossless version). Please see the example screen shot flow chart attached as an indication of what it might look like. The graphics used here are not free to use, and would need to be replaced with royalty-free graphic and fonts.
