Professional Computing CITS3200

Definition of Deliverable D

The presentations will take place in week 13. Each will be 10 minutes plus 5 minutes for questions. Demonstrations of your system are not required.   As many people in the team as possible should present.  You may use Powerpoint or OpenOffice Impress (it will be run in Powerpoint) and you can assume that a data projector will be available, but not a connection to the Internet. (Venue to be announced later.)

The contents must address the areas below:

  1. Provide a BRIEF introduction to the project.
  2. Give a short account of your greatest achievements.
  3. Explain what went wrong and why. Suggest improvements to your software engineering process.
  4. Summarise your hours spent on the project, comparing estimated with actual times. Give the total hours spent on the project as a whole. (This can be an elaboration and review of the time analysis performed in Deliverable C.)

There will be marks for presentation, content and how your group handles questions, so, for example, if you run over time and leave no time for questions then the group will get zero for that aspect. I would therefore strongly advise groups to practice your presentations beforehand.
